Terms of Service

SquadAMP offers two custom anthem services: an Individual Athlete Anthem for $20.00 USD, including one finished MP3, and a Team Anthem for $50.00 USD, including three musical versions of one personalized team anthem concept. Production begins after payment is confirmed. Our typical delivery estimate is 24–48 hours, although timing may vary with order volume and request details.

Custom production

Each order is personally created and reviewed using AI-assisted music-production tools. Songs are not generated instantly. The three team tracks are alternative musical versions of the same anthem concept, not three independently commissioned songs.

Your order details

You confirm that you are authorized to submit the athlete or team names, player names, phrases, chants, and other information included with your order. Please do not include sensitive information about children. You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or misleading material.

Corrections

Corrections for factual mistakes attributable to SquadAMP are included. Changes in creative preference or new information supplied after production begins are not unlimited revisions.

Use of delivered songs

Delivered songs are intended for your athlete’s or team’s activities, celebrations, events, and promotional use. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of SquadAMP branding, production tools, or third-party technology, and it does not guarantee exclusive copyright ownership of AI-assisted output. You may not resell or sublicense delivered tracks as standalone music products.

Delivery and access

When your anthem is ready, we will email a private order link to the address provided at checkout. The link generally remains active for 90 days. Download and safely store your MP3 files during that period.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Cancellation and refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Revision Policy.

Service availability

We work to provide a reliable service, though temporary interruptions and email delays may occur. If an issue affects your order, contact support and we will work to resolve it.
