Refund & Revision Policy

Every SquadAMP anthem is customized for one athlete or team. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

Before production begins

Orders cancelled before production begins are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.

After production begins

Because production time and creative work have already been committed, customized orders are generally non-refundable after production begins. We will still review requests involving duplicate charges, an order we cannot fulfill, or another verified billing problem.

Corrections and technical issues

If a delivered file is missing, corrupted, or contains a clear factual mistake attributable to SquadAMP, contact us within seven days of delivery. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a corrected or replacement file. Creative preference changes, newly supplied details, and requests outside the original order are not unlimited revisions.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines how quickly the credit appears.
