Privacy Policy

SquadAMP collects the information needed to create, process, and deliver your custom team anthems. This may include your name, email address, team details, optional roster information, and order history. Payment-card information is handled securely by Stripe and is not stored by SquadAMP.

How we use your information

We use submitted information to process payment, create your anthems, communicate order updates, provide private downloads, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain required business records. We do not sell your personal information or publish your team details.

Team and roster details

Player names, jersey numbers, and pronunciations are optional. Please submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not include children’s photos, medical information, or other sensitive personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate the service, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for secure data and private file storage, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for website hosting. These providers process information according to their own privacy terms and our service configuration.

Storage and retention

Purchased audio is provided through a private order link that generally remains active for 90 days. Order records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal, and operational purposes. We apply access controls designed to protect private order information.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or financial purposes.
